Patient info

My first visit

When one enters our door we want you to feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. You will be greeted by our receptionist; they will make sure your chart is up to date and you are checked in. As soon as your room is ready Kaitlyn or Samantha will give you a tour of the office which ends with you being seated in your room (with your new patient gift) and offered our comfort menu which includes items such as a beverage, warm blanket, and earplugs. Kaitlyn and Samantha will get you ready to meet Dr. Byrd or Amy, our wonderful hygienist; this may include x-rays and a health information update. From the moment of being introduced to Dr. Byrd or Amy, they start assisting you in creating a plan to reach your oral health goals. Dr. Byrd and Amy’s plan is unique to you and your oral health needs. From there Kaitlyn or Samantha will take over making sure you are set up with any needed follow-up appointments.
