We wanted to personally reach out to share what we are doing in response to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. The health and safety of our patients, team members, and community is of utmost importance to us. Please be assured we are closely monitoring developments and implementing several safety precautions.
We will remain open and take care of our patients as usual. As always, we will follow OSHA guidelines for infection control. In addition, we use an outside company to monitor our sterilization methods. The office will be following the CDC’s recommendations as we learn more about this virus.
In addition, we have asked our team members to refrain from handshaking during this time. We ask you to please reschedule your appointment if you feel ill, have experienced a fever in the last 24 hours, cough, shortness of breath, headache, or sore throat or feel you have been exposed to someone with these symptoms. If a family member or your driver has a cough or fever, we ask that they wait in the car. It is important for you to wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer as needed.
We have also communicated to our team that they should remain at home if they are experiencing a cough or fever. We may experience some short- staffed days in the future, and appreciate your patience during this time.
We appreciate your assistance with these guidelines. As always, we want to provide you with a world class experience, the best possible dental treatment, and a safe and enjoyable visit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
